BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, Friday May 8, 2015 – Guardian Group, through its Life, Health and Pensions (LHP) arm, Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited hosted its clients to an Open House and Client Appreciation Day on Wednesday, April 29, in commemoration of its 10th anniversary of operations in Barbados.
Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited opened its doors in Barbados in 2005 and has spent the last decade delivering on the core proposition of insurance; providing a financial peace of mind. On that day, ten years ago, Guardian Life issued its first policies in Barbados to Ms. Alaina G. Jones and Mr. Brent D. Parris; policies that allowed them to begin their journey towards a sound financial future. To commemorate this, Guardian Life recognised these two first policyholders now twenty-five (25) and fourteen (14) years respectively, who arrived at the Guardian Group offices in fine style via limousine escort to a warm welcome by Executives, staff and agents.
Mr. Amado Marcano, Branch Manager with Guardian Life proudly acknowledged Ms. Jones and Mr. Parris stating that they represented the first building blocks in Guardian Life’s history in Barbados. Both policyholders indicated that they were impressed with the recognition bestowed on them and expressed their gratitude and thanks to Guardian Life for honouring them in this way. Ms. Alaina Jones expressed her delight at the service she has always received from Guardian Life, whilst 14 year old Brent stated that though he had no recollection of the signing ceremony with his parents 10 years ago, he enjoyed this moment.
