HAVANA, Cuba, Friday April 20, 2012 – More than 50, 000 Venezuelans have received medical treatment in Cuba for various ailments through the Comprehensive Health Agreement existing between the two countries.

According to reports there have been 409 flights to Cuba carrying patients from Venezuela to receive free medical treatment. The reports further stated that 28, 060 of the nearly 51, 000 citizens treated were direct patients, while 22, 851 of those accompanying them were also treated for various ailments.
