US to announce action against bogus J'ca lotteries

Associated Press: Americans sent more than $30 million to Jamaica last year to claim winnings in a non-existant lottery. Scam artists are making Jamaica a new center for internationally known lottery schemes with proceeds allegedly going into drugs and gun running.
