Advocate, Barbados: Owen Arthur, Leader of the Barbados Labour Party (BLP), vehemently expressed his opposition to the wife of the late Prime Minister of Barbados being given the chance to become a part of the Government of Barbados, during a very healthily attended campaign meeting in College Bottom, St. John last night.
