Nation News, Barbados: Ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist Dr Dennis Lefroy Bailey and general practitioner Dr Viola Adele Bell, have been charged with unlawfully killing (manslaughter) their patient Anthea Burgess on April 25, 2007.
