Suitcase baby couple abandoned child in Canada — media reports

Observer, Jamaica: The couple at whose Kingston home the decomposed body of a two-year-old boy was found in a suitcase last week left Canada in 2009 after allegedly abandoning their baby daughter on a frigid stairwell in Toronto in January 2008, Canadian media are reporting.
