Caribbean territory asks U.S. for help fighting drug wars

Vancouver Sun, Canada: Puerto Rico Governor Luis Fortuno asked the U.S. government Thursday for help battling drug trafficking and violence on his island and accused Washington of favouring states over territories in the drug war.
