Heart disease and cocaine contributed to Houston’s death

Whitney Houston drowned in a hotel bathtub but heart disease and cocaine use were contributing factors.

LOS ANGELES, USA, Friday March 23, 2012 – The coroner’s findings into the cause of death of pop singer Whitney Houston are back.

According to the findings the late Houston drowned in a hotel bathtub on February 11, but noted that heart disease and chronic cocaine use were also contributing factors.

The Grammy-award winning singer was found submerged in the bathtub of her room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel and her death had been ruled as accidental.
