Heart disease and cocaine contributed to Houston’s death
LOS ANGELES, USA, Friday March 23, 2012 – The coroner’s findings into the cause of death of pop singer Whitney Houston are back.
According to the findings the late Houston drowned in a hotel bathtub on February 11, but noted that heart disease and chronic cocaine use were also contributing factors.
The Grammy-award winning singer was found submerged in the bathtub of her room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel and her death had been ruled as accidental.
Police investigating the incident also noted that there was no evidence of wrongdoing seen at the hotel after Ms. Houston was found.
